Freedom for All? Not Yet.

As we approach the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, let’s be honest: the promise of “freedom for all” was never fully delivered in 1776—and we’re still far from it today.
Back then, “all men are created equal” meant white, land-owning men. Women? Enslaved people? Indigenous nations? Excluded, erased, or oppressed.
Fast-forward to 2025, and the illusion of progress is cracking.
Reproductive rights—once hard-fought and won—are being ripped away. Women are no longer trusted to make decisions about their own bodies. Laws are forcing pregnancies and silencing healthcare professionals, with the government inserting itself where freedom should reign.
Meanwhile, Black and brown Americans face rising discrimination, police violence, and political suppression. Book bans, voter suppression, and whitewashed history are tools being used to reinforce control, not liberty.
Enter Project 2025: a roadmap for Christian nationalism, patriarchy, and a government that serves billionaires while preaching morality to the rest of us. It’s not freedom. It’s authoritarianism dressed in red, white, and blue.
Let’s not fool ourselves. We are standing at a crossroads. We can either continue down this path—where rights are privileges for the powerful—or we can rise up and demand a nation where everyone has autonomy, equality, and dignity.
Because until all of us are free, none of us are.
Stay awake. Stay loud. Stay in the fight.
